I'm Milena & the owner of Birdsong HR Consulting.  

I'm a modern & forward thinking HR professional with some 20 years experience working in high growth companies, predominantly from tech environments.  Since taking a step into the world of HR back in 2009, I have built & led several HR & Office functions over the years. Being in this hyper growth environment I have shaped HR/People functions to work in a modern, data informed way to support business growth. I have also driven HR digitalisation projects to create efficiency, automate workflows, leadership support & compliance.

I started my HR consultancy business to help start ups, scale ups or businesses in growth mode, accelerate their journey to success or simply lend them a hand with ongoing HR work. 

Having a modern approach to HR, I have acquired a strong understanding of applying HR work as well as People Strategy in businesses.
